I have TiVo at home. It will create an MP4 file or a proprietary file format. Knowing that an MP4 is recognized with the right drivers, I decided to work with it. I would like to find a video editor which will import or load MP4 files and allow me to split it up or do what ever with them. I would be happy to find a converter program that would convert the MP4 into something Linux friendlier
