The new fuel was also probably a major contributor to the 'zero measureable emissions' printout I was given when I took my 1985 F-250HD to the emissions testing station, last fall. The new lower sulphur requirement was used as an excuse to bump the price of diesel by 50 cents or so at the pumps.
