Why is there no comment about the Super Ferry taking some members of the military on a joy ride when the Environmental Impact Statement has not even been started or is even close to being finished?

And "if" they die, then the Super Ferry will be the only game in town, and then they can raise prices to what the market will bear, since the consumer has no other choice but to ride the ferry.
