In Outlook 2000, I'm printing a monthly view. In a print-out, it's great that the appointment descriptions wrap, but I want to hide the locations of the appointments because it just introduces a lot of cognitive noise. Is there a way to do this?

When printing I selected the "standard month 01 letter" template, clicked print, clicked print date range. It would print August's and September's calendars, but after that October, November and December were blank - no data, just...
