Thanks for the reply Robert. What I ended up doing was similar to what you said in that I added a dedicated email address for faxing (fax@domain.com) (not a distribution list), then logged in as each user and added the fax email alias as a 2nd email account. This way all users can have fax in thier Mailbox and updates show up accross all accounts. Thanks again "Robert Li [MSFT
