Hello Sprinks, I have this same problem of needing to store a calculated field from a subform onto the main form (and hence, back to the table). I have a field on the main form with =[frm subform test].Form!Text36 as the control source. It displays the correct data beautifully, however, it does not store it back in the table. Can you tell me how to do this? The reason I need the calc'd
