Office or Works may have been included with a previous computer, but it wasn't free, you paid for it. That's how I got my Office 2003, which works just fine on Vista. -- http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview "mary poppins" <marypoppins@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:22C61560-9D61-4F04-8B4F-026859D46C05@microsoft.com... > Ah! You're welcome mary. AFAIK MS "Office" was never included (except as a trial version). Perhaps you are thinking of MS "Works" which is often included. Ah! Thank you Bob, yes, maybe this is it. You see my computer is loaned to me by my father-in-law, who had not even took it out of the box for at least 12 months. I have been using it for 2 or 3 months now, but have only just been looking at using clipart. So after all that, it probably has expired. Surprised though that you have to purchase these items seperately. I can remember (way

Clip Organizer is part of Microsoft Office. Have you purchased it? My guess is you are not able to use it because you have an expired trial copy on your computer. This is not so much a reply, but an attempt to get a real answer. Can clip art be added to an Access 2003 report or form using the available tools in Access? Or, is copying and pasting from another application the only way? I was working on a form tonight and tried to insert from the clipart gallery as I had done in Access 2002 and discovered the same thing. I have searched help everywhere and found nothing. It does appear as though that functionality is gone, but why is beyond me. "Murray" wrote: Thanks for this but I'm acutally looking for the clipart gallary which was always present in other versions

Thanks for this but I'm acutally looking for the clipart gallary which was always present in other versions of Access and is present in all other office apps. I don't want a saved picture but to look through the clipart gallary. I can copy/paste from Word clipart, but would rather have the functionality which was in previous Access versions to select from the gallary. Using Image control
