Hi Zinon, From your description, you're wondering how to make the task list display task assigned to users via group membership rather than individually via user membershp, correct? As for the [me] filter, have you tried add multiple users in the assigned to column to see whether the [me] option work? So far I haven't found any means that can directly make the task assigned via group

While its refreshing to read Jim Cheshire actually getting his hands dirty for a change it should be noted his advice to use the Profile Provider as stated prima facie is fraught with design flaws that cause many problems for those who trust blindly. But -- Jim, your book does not show how to identify the currently-logged-on-user. It has a lot of good stuff, but it does not have that (at least I could not find it), which is exactly what he happens to need.
