I'm also a chronic hayfever sufferer. Most hayfever medications don't work for me. The last 2 seasons I have successfully fought it with a prescription only dose of Rhinocourt nasal spray. If I have a squirt in each side once a day, throughout the season, I can pretty much do anything without an attack, including mow the lawn. If I miss more than 1 day in a row, mother nature deals an almighty

Narameg is my wonder pill. Makes a migraine nothing more than a normal headache that I can still stay at work with. Without it, I'm in bed, throwing up, and can't speak. (words come out all jumbled).
