Hi All, I brewed a belgian strong a few months ago with an 8.2%% alc level. And after having a few this past memorial day weekend, I figured it is not the best summer beer to have around due to it's high alcohol. I've often heard how breweries make big beers and then dilute them prior to bottling in order to save on valuable space in the fermentation tank. Is there a simple formula that I can
