... the $$ to spend, it's a real crapshoot in the US health "non-care"system , which is so inefficient, it defies all logic and reason, considering the high expenses that we have to pay. Too, most people think all doctors have high IQ's, when that simply isn't the case at all, which explains why there are so many quack M.D.'s. loose in the US, making malpractice a common condition.
