PCP? EKGs almost seem to be medicine's Rorschach tests. QT prolongation can result from a number of causes, and since it's fairly clear that Lisa McPherson went into an arrhythmia from electrolyte disturbances, that's a more plausible explanation for the long QT. Since she still had a coherent rhythm at the ED (where I assume the strip is from), she was most decidedly alive beforehand. Her colon
