Thanks Judith, They had an apartment in Paris as Jules his partner was doing a Uni course there. Luck had it that she(Jules) tutors two French children here in OZ and when their parents were told they were going to Paris they offered them their apartment,,really really cheap, over there, so they made that their home base for 8 months. He has sent me so many lovely email of his travels around
