The service standard is so lousy like local NTUC supermarket. When you return rotten food, they will NOT refund you or replace you with good one. It was quite obvious... steak. I think the news organizations in Hawaii, do an aboslutely lousy job of helping us make the right decisions when it comes time for us to vote. For instance, I may like what they say about their priorities, and I may not like how they are going to achieve their priority. Some news outlets do a reasonably good job, by pointing out misleading or incorrect political ads. I think that the Hawaii news operations do an absolutely lousy job in that area, since I cannot recall many instances, well actually I cannot think of one instance, where they have done that with any policital ad made by candidates running for office in Hawaii.
