Well Brian as a matter of fact he does have say in whether the US goes to war or not. He can send in troops but congress finances the operation, that's what they are doing now as they don't approve of his adding 20,000 more troops to a 159,000 troops there now, they are blocking money for the operation requested, their only option without an inpeachment. Well Brian as a matter of fact he does have say in whether the US goes to war or not. He can send in troops but congress finances the operation, that's what they are doing now as they don't approve of his adding 20,000 more troops to a 159,000 troops there now, they are blocking money for the operation requested, their only option without an inpeachment. This week he's asking for a 100 billion

Well Brian, I do work in the defense industry for most NATO countries. Before George came along that industry was in the toilet getting flushed. All major companies merging or closing out, military bases being closed down at very very high rates. The stockpile of unused weapons busting the rafters, hence the lack of need for more.
