I don't have the problem anymore. I reinstalled the connector. The important step in the installation is to log onto the server running the connector using the SCOM MS action account and install from there. I am seeing the same problem now as well. On my OpsMgr RMS server I have tons of event 1164"s (2008-07-23 10:50:37,580 Alert forwarding failed all delivery attempts for alert id c3a5af1f-14b4-40ea-b40a-00bc2b8aaff7) and Event 0's (2008-07-23 10:49:08,264 ERROR: ackInfo obj is null) Also found this in EngyroXD log - 01:29:47.416 ERROR! [P1-2] com.engyro.ProductConnector.WebServiceV3.soapHandler
