Just curious...have you ever tried looking for gainful employment, and restricting your search area to a 10 block area? And, how many one-wage-earner families do you know? Could two people find a job in this 10 block area? Do the math...many people here in Hawaii especially need two or three jobs each in order to afford a home- rental or owned.
