As Grace points out, things have changed. Star's Edge has tightened the reins over the past few years, causing many, many Avatar Masters to drop out. The courses are mainly large group affairs closely monitored by a newly installed echelon of 50-60 "Qualified Masters" who are supervised by the upper echelon of a dozen or so Star's Edge Trainers. The enforcement of this general trend varies
