In fact, that's not "Mary Ferrell's e-mail." That's the "Judyth.doc" ATTACHMENT to her e-mail, the one Mary stated on tape that hadn't written, speculating that a document of the same name had been compiled by DL and attached to a message from her computer by an associate of his who had access to it.
