Thank you. FYI: - KB952287 is not available from the MS update catalogue - Given that I have both French and English OS's, I will have to apply 2 startup scripts to all computers (they are not in seperate OU's) and the incorrect lanuguage one will be skipped. After a while, I can remove the startup script once I check manually? each computer's %%systemroot%%\KB952287.log file. Comments/other

Hi, Not sure if you resolved this but I was able to resolve it by going to the users Application Data under Docs and Settings, go to Microsoft, then Outlook. I renamed the outcmd.dat file and the started Outlook again. Everything loaded as expected. You need to close Outlook before you rename the file. Hello Ken, So still not fixed. I think I stand by my "not a Vista problem" as I can replicate the problem in both Vista only and XP only scenarios. However it is difficult if the LangID change doesn't produce the same result for as it does me. I think would still encourage you move to the manual addition of Shape Data rows (ie right click on the Shape Data section in the ShapeSheet
