... its a Windows XP Home Russian 672. now let me put my question in a different manner normally i can change language used in menus and dialog boxs this way: control Regional and lanuguage options>languages>Language used in menus in dialogs----drop down---choose language--ok but in my computer this option of Language used in menus in dialogs-- drop down does'nt appears. i dont know...
