Hello friends I am looking for information about the LD-CELP G.728 Codec. I have download the recomendation documentation from ITU-T web site. However, my knowleadge at digital telecommunications system is limited, and for that I am having trouble on figuring out how this codec works just with this recomendation file. I have also reached some books, but they only have limited information about

Wouldnt this be covered by the 'none disclosure act' if I'm right. The person selling KNEW there was a problem wit that tank, hence hte aborted repair. and should have told you about it prior to sale. I would talk to the solicitor / agent that dealt with the sale. If its covered on none-disclosure then the seller is liable for it. take photographs now. loads of them. and see if there

Hi, I just completed on my new home yesterday and when i entered the property there was a sizable leak from the hot water cylinder in the loft. The water has soaked the wood in the loft, made slight damage to artex ceiling and wall and soaked the upstairs landing carpet. Not something i expected to be fixing first thing on entering the property. I'm not a plummer but some parts look new
