Yes, you can definitely Reverse Engineer from Visual Studio Pro 2005 into a UML diagram in Visio Pro 2003, assuming they are installed on the same computer. The code looks OK and as I mentioned there's no difference in hooking that event no matter what kind of email account is being used. I'd more suspect that the problem is a deployment problem and that on the test target system the addin isn't running at all. Have you checked that? Did you go through the deployment walkthrough for VSTO 2005 SE addins? You need to make sure the target system
