J.R.'s Random Thoughts Thanks to everyone for the thoughtful birthday wishes. Reaching the “double nickle” today is an accomplishment considering the health issues I have been fortunate enough to overcome especially with my colon cancer scare of 2005. That’s why I never take good health for granted and I hope you don’t either. Our health is truly one of the greatest gifts we can have.
