Have you solved your problem yet? I have the same problem with two of my users. I have already posted a similar message with no replies and you are the first message that I've found in the News Group with the same problem. It is interesting to me that it's been 3 weeks since you posted and that you have no replies. What I've discovered: It is not just crmOwnerId but crmEntryID
