On first listen, I thought the album was too Linnell-heavy, not because of the extra JL songs, but because there seemed to be more good ones. I really liked "I'm Impressed" and "Climb the Walls" at first, then "Contrecoup" and "Mesopotamians" got stuck in my head at work. Upon repeated listening, however, the Flans tracks have been the real standouts. I think "Take Out the Trash" is just

There is nothing better than a good, long song to help you through the monotony of running on a treadmill. My favorite is "prove it" live from the reunion tour into Green Day's Jesus of Suburbia.
