Like all new things Jesus is a copy or a modification of things past. Christianity is a Greek religion/ The stories from "Israel" found fertile ground amoungst the Greeks who accepted the notion of a son of god to be quite ordinary. In this Jesus is also a copy of Alexander the Great.
