I have an RD400, 1977 model which would make it a "D" model. I bought a set of DG expansion chambers which were made for 1975-76 RD400, problem is, they don't fit. Is there a difference introduced from the model years 75-76 to 77-?? I didn't thik there was, but seeing the pipes did not fit made me think otherwise, unless they were made for an RD350 and the seller made a mistake. Any help
SNIP Anyway, that /7 has many new things compared to my /5. Like needle bearings in the rockers in place of bushings. And a 5-speed tranny rather than the older 4-speed. And things get a whole lot simpler when you leave off the lights, starter and charging system. http://www.pbase.com/jeandr/image/63573401 Shame I'm too far from a track...I'd love to be a real
