OTOH, "Q" never got in bed with Picard like he did with Janeway once. Actually, he did. I believe the episode was "Tapestry." But, back to topic -- Janeway did appear in at least one implied full nude sequence. Same with Picard, although in that case it wasn't implied. Jimbo never went that far.
