Hello, Thank you for your post. Based on the symptoms, it seems the network is correct but the sync is interrupted. It may be caused by many factors like corrupted certificate or improper virtual directory configuration. At this point, I'd like to confirm that: 1. Do you have Windows Mobile powered device besides iPhone? If you have, can it sync properly with SBS 2003 server?
