OK....I give up.....I made a CD from the disk 2 ISO file. I found adprep on the CD but I can't run it from the CD - the DOS window flashes by too fast to see why not......what's my next step? I am talking about Windows 2000, not Office 2000. In fact I am not interested in Office files, but only plain text files. On the one machine with Win 2000 that I have tested I get error 70, permission denied. This is not caused by the file being in use or being Read only. I will need to investegate further, but it seems that the different Windows flavours need different dll's. Trouble is

Last night I found a circular tuit and investegated the tick tick tick I've been getting once a pedal rev on my Birdy. Start out and work in. Off with the pedal and it is immediately obvious what the prioblem is.
