Dave, I don't have IE 6 anywhere so I can't see the issues you describe. I have IE 7 in both XP Pro and Vista, and IE 8 running in a virtual xp file. The news group: microsoft.public.frontpage.client gets much more traffic than this one, I'm sure some one there could provide more help. -- Steve Easton Microsoft MVP FrontPage FP Cleaner http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm

No, Firebug doesn't give any hints about IE6 bugs and how to work around them. It works perfectly in Firefox and in all other non-Microsoft browsers and it all validates. This isn't a case of anything being wrong with my code. This is a case of needing to find a workaround to some IE6 and IE7-specific bugs. IE8 is supposed to be much more standards-compliant than previous versions of IE

Dave, I admit I just took a quick peek yesterday. Do you have FireFox installed? If so, grab the Firebug addin and then look at the page in FF with Firebug turned on. It might give you some hints. Also, don't forget IE 8 is about to come out, and it has it's own requirements as well. -- Steve Easton Microsoft MVP FrontPage FP Cleaner http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm Hit
