I personally formated the HD and installed Vista (twice). The 2nd, time because I just could not find a fix for this problem. Therefore the 2nd time I only had Vista installed nothing else, when I checked what it did. No using Norton or McAfee It is a brand new computer, with Vista now installed twice. I did a new clean install with only Vista to try to fix the problem and it is the same as the first install. Every time that I open Windows Mail from Internet Explorer, it opens minimized. I must then manually maximize it. I have googled this problem and find it as a general problem in VISTA without any solutions listed, or shall I say that all the solutions listed, like draging or increasing the window size and then to close it, does NOT work. Surely there has to be a working solution. Can anybody
