Outlook calendar drops meetings

Have 3 users that have intermitten problems with meetings dropping off their calendars. Doesn't matter if the request is from inside or outside. Unable to recreate the problem. Doesn't matter if the meetings are for inside the company or just an outsite breakfast meeting. All are using Win XP Pro and Outlook 2003 SP2. Any help, greatly appreciated.

Losing the Pointer when trying to close Outlook

We are running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Professional. When closing Outllook 2003 by clicking on the X on the upper right-hand corner, the X is grayed out. It is an intermitten problem. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Set up Error

I am intermittenly receiving the following error message "Failed to load resources from resource file. Please check your setup" when I select an email in my inbox.. I'm running Outlook 2003 on Exchange. The error is causing the application to crash. How can I correct this? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
