I was re-reading Bertrand Russell's great "16 Questions" that came out in September 1964 shortly before the Warren Commission's report, and he mentions the two attempts to frame LHO before the SBT was applied. Attempt #1 - Just like the "JFK" movie the DPD police and D.A. Wade said LHO actually fired as the car turned onto Houston St. He supposedly opened up as the car came towards the TSBD
