This is the WSS newsgroup and thus not the place for MOSS questions (which this must be as there isn't an Enterprise version of WSS 3.0) Send MOSS Installations and Admin questions to microsoft.public.sharepoint.setup_and_administration (or to the old "defunct" SPS newsgroup = microsoft.public.sharepoint.portalserver) where you will probably get answers faster. Hi, I keep getting this error post fresh install with the 2007 Config Wizard ?? Any idease how to fix ?? Rebooting etc hasn't helped. Hello whanchett@gmail.com, If you dont use something like teaming for the NIC'S, disable one of them. I think one of your NIC's has a fixed IP and the other one by DHCP. So disable the DHCP NIC first. Then see which services DNS, DHCP etc. are making problems and solve them. Maybe you also have to reconfigure your clients but first start with the server configuration that this one runs

Im getting an error "A duplicate name has been detected on the TCP network. The IP address of the machine that sent the message is in the data. Use nbtstat -n in a command window to see which name is in the Conflict state. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp." after running nbtstat i get this Local Area Connection 2: Node IpAddress
