All email arrives with the header icon marked telephone with downpoint arrow in header,. Am unable to open even following pop up message to unmark headers and download. I cannot locate the icon shown anywhwere. Clicing on the header will not result in opening. This just strted in the last three days. Have check my security settings, but no luck. What is this icon?
