This is getting to be downright silly. A President, any President, has a list of spending priorities. Those on his wishlist of things he (or she) wants to spend money on, is by no stretch of the imagination what we think of when we talk about earmarks. First and foremost because if we wanted to know, we can know about all of these so-called "earmarks", before Congress approves of that
