...message news:CF4BE046-DF6A-4D60-A4C3-A945F5F8ED8D@microsoft.com... Meetings are being added to calendars without people accepting or declining them. They are not set to add automatically. Why is this happening? It becomes frustrating because then people think they don't have to accept/decline since it is already on their calendars! Please help!

When I accept meeting invitations in Outlook 2003 the mail does not go to the organizer of the meeting. I have not the oppertunity to add comments to the mail that should be sent...It´s the same problem. I have logged on as another user to that laptop and crated the mail account for that person and then it works with accepting meetings for that person. With my account it does not work.

When I accept meeting invitations a mail doesn´t beeing sent to the orginazer. It goes to deleted items. The meeting time is in my calendar though and it says that I have accepted it. My Outlook is online so it should send reply for the invitaion. I have re-installed Outlook but the issue is remaning. My feeling is that this is some how connected to my Outlook mail account.
