OMG does this freak ever stop? Hmmm lupus strikes women 9 times more often than men and usually between the ages of 14 and 45 when our bodies are "blood letting" every 28 days or so. Many lupus patients have abnormalities of the blood cells and platelets and they have anemia. Wow, let's take more blood. Makes perfect sense NOT. Get the leeches ready gals!
