A friend and I are going to try to bike from Vegas to Los Angeles over a 3 day weekend this January or February. We'd like to make it as direct as possible, but avoid I-15 if we can. I'd like to sanity check this route if anyone is familiar with these roads. My principle concerns: 1) Is cycling I-15 legal on the bits we're on it? 2) Is this whole route well paved (Arrowhead Trail?) Stopping
