Well, this confirms my suspicion. The file I posted is a very simple template. I think your base XML processing may not be set up correctly. Hi Zac, Thanks again for your persistance. It still does not work. Since very few people have this problem, I suspect that the problem is on my computer. As an aside, Microsoft Desktop Search does not work either. It lists only 30,000 files on my computer while Google Desktop lists 300,000, and it does not find any results for even the most mundane search. One of these days I'll reformat

Hi, Sorry to hear you have these problems. I went ahead and tried downloading several templates. You guessed it... I had no problems downloading them. Have you tried running Mirosoft Office Diagnostics? I don't know if it will fix the problem but it won't hurt trying it. Furthermore look if you have the possibility to run setup again and add the additional wizards for templates for access
