I'm using publisher 2003 to design my site. I'd like to include things having text spin when you hover over it, or a picture that scrolls through a series of pictures, or things like that, which publisher doesn't offer. I don't really know much about html so was wondering if there's a free html code builder anywhere that could help me come up with the necessary code for me to paste into

Laura, I don't know what is causing the spacing problem, but I know your page is to wide to view on my monitor without scroll bars showing, and I'm at 1028 x 768 resolution. You really ought to consider making it smaller. Ill give it a shot, sorry I havent replied back.. Ive been dealing with some kind of adware bomb thing..I will make sure that I post back on the results of that change. More that likely your right. Some times its asking the right question, Im sure that my question could have been a little more better._(Nivida G Force 7600 GS ( 1 G Ram) and a Veiwsonic 23" LCD...((Nividas overclocked)).

I had another thought about why your page may not be displaying correctly. You mentioned in another post that you have your monitor set abnormally high. Right click your desktop > properties > Settings > Advanced. If the Display is set at 120 dpi, change it to 96 dpi. ok... After making that change open your Pub file and check the layout, save, and then Publish to the Web and see if you get

First of all, there is no need to apologize for helping with the links question. Far from it. There are lots of ways of doing things and your method was valid and helpful, and I am sorry if my follow-up post seemed to negate that. I wish more people would participate. That is how I got started...just lurking around reading and learning and then answering the occasional question that I understood

I tried uploading again after suggestions, 2 or 3 times to make sure.. What in the world am I doing wrong....?!# My exact proceedure-- create site in pub03 After unchecking- rely on vml, allow png, and incremental (only box checked is organize supporting files and Encoding is as Western Euro(windows)) Publish to my desktop (as index.html) upload via ftp--both index and index_files-drag

When you go to Tools Options Web tab....look there for the option of incremental uploading. The point is that if you use FTP uploading protocol, this feature does not work.
