Not many car hire firms offer vehicles with towing hooks.... Very true, so hire a vehicle that doesn't need a trailer. Like the Graf Zeppelin ? Holday Autos said they don't do it. Derek

Jewish holdays outside of Israel have extra days, e.g., the first & last days of Passover & Sukkot are observed for 1 day in Israel and 2 days outside of Israel. Shavuot is 1 days in Israel and 2 days outside of Israel. For example, in Outlook 2007 (SP1), Shavuot for this year is shown on June 9, but in the U.S., the ...

With my grandparents living on Norfolk Island I used to fly up there twice a year in my school holdays (in the 1970's and 1980's) and never ever turned back. Two years ago we got stuck up there for an extra day because of this exact problem. Thank goodness for travel ...

... for EuroForth 2007. IIRC Andrew Haley has announced that he would come, but has not registered yet. I think I already said I'll try to make this one. I was very disappointed not to be at EuroForth (2 miles from my home!) this year, but I already had everything booked for the Oktoberfest way back in January. but sadly it clashes with my holday.
