Dark Star was closed several years ago, according to AWST, IIRC. This adding ISR to a future bomber is exactly how system after system goes from very expensive to super-duper expensive, which requires major cuts in production numbers, which drivers up the costs, which delays the introduction, which gives time for that nest bit of gear to be almost ready, which tempts the contractor and DoD
