... negligently discharge a firearm? How about this one: why are you so fixated on the possibility that other people may have to deal with a negligent discharge of a firearm? I've already stated, in this thread, ... one (may have happened in the immediate vicinity of the second one, but there were too many people blocking my view, and I didn't hear any yelling, shouting, screaming, etc).
