This is one of the consequences of what can happen if DUMMYGAWD was ever granted his wishes to see all prisons closed worldwide. As I mentioned before murderers, rapists, terrorists and drug dealers would be walking on the streets and law and order will collapse and people will no longer sense justice at all. We will no longer be safe at all. http://www.news.com.au/dailytelegraph/story/0

Thanks all who contributed to the answer. So it was as I suspected.........the good folk of Braidwood were optomistic souls, werent they! They must have been pretty confident about it to get Henry Parks on site to actually turn the first sod for their station. I wonder how far they got with it after that ceremony? A bit like that tree planting for the inland railway at Goondawindi, or the

But a forum member suggested the following istead: Oberon - Bathurst - Sofala - Ilford - Rylstone - Mudgee - Gulgong etc. Is that route as scenic at the one I suggested? Scenic as in mountains = No. Actually, it is less scenic then route through Katoomba

I have some further questions regardring my trip following the perimeter of Australia on a trike: 1. Some people suggest the very scenic route from Buchan to Jindabyne. But I will be in this area in late august. Isn't there snow and mud on the roads at that time (if it is gravel)? Maybe because of snow I should stay along the coast almost all the way up to Sydney (Princess HWY)? What do you

Goulburn through Taralga to Oberon has some sections of unsealed road and some pretty steep hills. From Oberon I would not go to Lithgow and then the way you propose, which has narrow roads and lots of traffic. I would go to Bathurst and then up through Sofala, Ilford, Rhylstone, Mudgee, Gulgong etc which is much quieter. "BikeManiac" <lucasjensen@gmail.com> wrote in message news:1174242743
