I've just had the most stressful time dealing with Victoriaplumb. All the products that I ordered (in short 2 wc's, a basin, a shower enclosure and some accessories) had a 5-7 working day delivery time. 7 days came and went so I phoned to chase the order and was told I'd get a call from the delivery company in the next day or two. I called a couple of days later and was told exactly the same thing

8 years ago I quit direct tv because of bad customer service. I used Dish for 5 years and most recently I've been on TWC after Dish messed up their DVR software. But with Direct tv promising all these HD channels at a great price with DVR I decided to give them another chance. Especially since TWC newest DVR software is not as good as the old version.
