You may find some posts recomending changes to the boot.ini file. Can't remember the option but as soon as I did I had a gazilion messages about SCSI host adapter errors. My understanding is that it is a physical limitation of hardware/firmware/drivers. Unless I have tested with 4 G in a motherboard all I will safely support is 3 G. Customer dice role to go to 4 G.
