And hey... it does a great job making powdered ...too. Otherwise it sits in the cellar. A powerful immersion blender (not the same as the stick blenders seen on TV) is orders of magnitude more useful. You can mix/blend/puree... I often make smoothies for the kids with the immersion blender. Even the cleanup is easier.
