... 16 foot tall human being. Again, what does this have to do with the theory of evolution? Again, read the book. Why bother? His two primary examples, the bacterial flagellum and the blood-clotting cascade have long since been shot down. All proteins involved in each, or proteins homologous thereto, have been found to be present, and involved in other processes. Thus there...

It was featured in the Dover, Pennsylvania School Board lawsuit settled back in 2005 (Google Kitzmiller v. Dover Board of Education). Everything from the bacterial flagellum to the immune system that has been touted as "irreducibly complex" has been shown not to...

...a whip of short leather thongs tipped with bits of lead, bronze or bone which tore into flesh and muscle. There are dozens upon dozens of dumbbell shaped welts and contusions, the type of wound that the flagellum would have caused. There is blood from the flagellation within the imaged wounds. From the angles of attack - the way the marks fall on the man's back, buttocks, and legs - it seems ...

Seems fairly reasonable to me...with my own intuitions that this flagellum paper seriously overstates its case....
